This particular private 55 minute session is geared to your specific needs. The practitioner helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this session, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.
The GYROTONIC® Method is a specialized and comprehensive movement method that stimulates the nervous system, opens energy pathways, increases range of motion, and improves strength and movement efficiency. GYROTONIC®exercises are performed using a handle and pulley tower system that support the joints without compression and build a lengthened core while integrating essential breath work. These carefully crafted multi-directional movement sequences create balance, strength and flexibility.
