OUR CLASSES
We offer classes 7 days a week.
Monday - Friday: 8am, 9am, 10am and 11am
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 6:30am "Morning Wake Up Call" class
Monday - Thursday: 4:30pm and 5:30pm
Monday at 3:30pm "Jumpboard Cardio" class
Saturday and Sunday: 8:30am, 9:30am and 10:30am
CONTEMPORARY & COMPREHENSIVE REFORMER PILATES
This class is appropriate for all experience levels. The first half of the class is a warm up on the reformer using some of the classic Pilates equipment such as TheraBands, Fitness Circles, light weights, foam rollers and balls.

The second half of the class your instructor might surprise and challenge you by incorporating the Tower Bar system, Jumpboard, Footplate or Longbox.

MORNING WAKE UP CALL
Wake up your body and brain with this comprehensive Pilates equipment class. Kickstart your day and enjoy the extra energy that comes with an early morning workout! Full body strength building with a good cardio approach.

JUMPBOARD CARDIO
The express lane to calorie burning cardio fitness! Jumpboard cardio is a fast-paced Reformer workout that keeps your heart rate up while building and toning your body as only Pilates can. This heart-pumping class is low impact and easy on the joints. Students will be in constant motion and stay energized from start to finish. Best suited for with prior Reformer experience.

ZEN JUMPBOARD CARDIO
Reset your inner piece. Class begins with a stretch meditation to settle your mind and body. Next, a full body workout of intermittent cardio, stretching and strength building using the Jumpboard. End your workout with and aromatherapy treatment to refresh and prepare you for the rest of the day.

STRENGTH, STABILITY & BALANCE
Challenge and push yourself in Reformer strength. Challenge your body and brain with balance, stability and unilateral movements to get your heart rate up. We will be using hand weights, Therabands, boxes, Fitness Circles, circle bands and balls. If you are ready to work up a sweat, this class is for you.

ROLL & RELEASE
An excellent opportunity to disconnect from the frenetic activities of daily life. Class includes the foam roller and/or body rolling for fascia release and allows extra time for your body to sink deeper into stretches. With an emphasis on breathing, lengthening and release, you will leave feeling balanced and refreshed.

PRIVATE PARTIES/EVENTS
This is a great way to plan a special event or celebration to introduce your family and friends to Pilates. The class will be tailored to your special event (e.g. family reunion, bridal shower, baby shower, girls day out, boys day out, etc.)

Prior to attending any class, you must first complete this 50-minute private session to familiarize you with the Pilates equipment and evaluate your strength, alignment, balance and flexibility.​​
